Tile floor with underfloor heating, a pair of large linen sofas and extra chair with plenty of cushions, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player.

Modern fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, fan oven, electric hob, extractor hood and stainless sink. Washing machine.
Open plan kitchen/dining area with pine dining table and four chairs.
Large double bedroom super-king size double-bed, chest, built-in wardrobe. En-suite shower cloakroom with hand basin, WC and tile floor.
Twin room with two full size single beds, chest, wardrobe.
Family bathroom with hand basin, WC and tile floor.

Communal courtyard with garden chairs/furniture.

Central heating and hot water with independent controls & thermostats. Beds made up with fresh white cotton bed linens, white towels. Tile flooring or carpeting. High chair, travel cot, stairgate, available. Hairdryers in master and twin rooms, iron and ironing board provided.

Property: The Prince

On arrival at Goodlake Barns we were over the moon with The Prince. It is very well presented and very clean which is very important with self catering accommodation. The rooms are very spacious and all the bathrooms are lovely with lovely Out of Eden products to use as well, another nice touch. Housekeeping staff are very pleasant too and only too happy to help. We have stayed in many places in Oxfordshire and Goodlake Barns is by far the best. We shall definitely be booking up again."

"This was my second visit to the barns with friends. We stopped in Flower, absoblutely immaculate well equipped and so cosy. Friends were in the main barn and again it has every convenience imaginable. We ate out at The Woodmans Arms on Sat evening, the landlord has a complimentary mini bus that picked us up and dropped us back, great service!! Overall, beautiful location, fabulous accomodation, thoroughly recommended."
